HPI-eClinic Application

HPI-eClinic is a Clinic Management System joint venture project between Kurdistan Doctors Syndicate-Erbil Branch and Healthcare Platform Institute (HPI). It has been launched with the aim to standardize and digitalize patient records, prescription papers, medical reports, ordering forms for physician clinics in Erbil.

Design Priorities : the main priorities in the application design were: user-friendly (easy to use), fast to use (time-efficient), tailoring international standards (ICD-10) to local needs, customized prescription papers, retrievable data, trackable data, room for future expansion, and most importantly: feasible to be implemented due to its simplicity.

Confidentiality of the data : as a user of this application, be assured that the stored patient data in this application cannot be accessed either by Kurdistan Doctors Syndicate-Erbil Branch, Healthcare Platform Institute (HPI) or any other party apart from you or the person that has your login credentials. For this reason, and also for security reasons, this application has been purposefully designed in a way that cannot be connected to the internet.

To get Access to the App, please follow the below steps:

 

1- Download the application by clicking on "HPI-eClinic.zip" in the link below. 

 

2- Unzip it and Install the application on your computer.

 

3- Watch the video below to see how  to use the application.

 

Note:

• The application works offline and can not be connected to internet. Thus, no one other than the user will be able to access the data of the application. 

• The application is only for Windows user, doesnt work for MacOS or Linux.

• The application needs yearly renewal. For the physicians who have obtained through Kurdistan Doctors' Syndicate-Erbil Branch, the renewal costs 28,800 IQD for 2 years in a row, then the application will be free forever. Other physicians will be charged higher after the first year.
